Department "Technology of meat and dairy products" was created in July 2013 on the basis of the country's leading departments in the processing of raw materials of animal origin chairs "Technology of meat and meat products" and "Technology milta and milk products ". The presence of the industrial laboratories equipped with modern equipment, allowing students to make their own production and to evaluate the organoleptic characteristics of meat products, convenience foods, canned foods, as well as the timeindividual dishes used caterer. Subject course and diploma projects related to the solution of specific industrial problems. Particular attention is paid to improving the quality and safety of products, the use of modern technology, the intensification of technological processes. In the computer lab students are treated with the experimental data, are engaged in the design and engineering calculations, optimization of manufacturing processes. Also performed electronic testing. To consolidate the theoretical knowledge comes at a time practical training at leading enterprises of the meat, dairy, fish industry and public catering enterprises.
