One of the first in the Russian master's programs in human resource management in government. Implemented at the Faculty of Public Administration of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation Objectives of the program: the mastery of profound methodological knowledge in the field of public administration,oh and municipal services, the formation of common cultural and professional competence in the field of personnel management in government, raising the efficiency of independent scientific and research work necessary for successful professionalactivity. The head of the master's program - Belyaev Alexander M., Doctor of Social Sciences, Professor, Head. Department of "Civil Service", a member of the Commission to comply with the requirements of the official conduct of federal officials of the central apparatus of the Russian Interior Ministry, a member of the Certification Commission of the Federal Tax Service, a member of the editorialtional Board of Research and Education journal "Management Science." The program is designed to prepare highly qualified professionals in the field of public service and community service and is aimed at: the study methodology of the study of current trends and problems of functioning, reformedNotices and development of public service and community service of the Russian Federation and the mastery of modern technologies of personnel management in government; improving the practice of regulation, incentives and motivation of work, organization and providetion of professional development of civil servants and municipal employees, design technology to ensure compliance with civil servants and municipal employees restrictions and prohibitions, requirements to prevent or settleds conflict of interest, the performance of their duties established by federal law.
